I recently received superb service from SCC: Last week, I was on the road, travelling between the Vancouver Island, the Okanagan and Whistler. A piece of my CPAP kit vanished en route. Knowing I would be going past Squamish on my way to Whistler, I called SCC, and described my problem, described the missing part, and emailed them a photo of the the assembly to show where the missing part would fit. The part was waiting for me a few hours later, when I blew through town. As I transitioned from “work trip with no sleep” to “fun trip with great sleep”, it was a huge help to be so well looked-after, and I’m not even their client. Thank-you.
