I’m truly grateful for the support I received from my CPAP technician Mona. She is such a lovely and kind person, and from the very beginning she made me feel comfortable and cared for. When the mask we chose didn’t turn out to be the right fit after a week, she listened to my concerns with so much patience and understanding.

I would like to commend the entire staff at CPAP Direct, (Agincourt Mall location) especially Mona who helped me tremendously when I purchased a new machine recently. Her professional, sincere & 100% A+ customer service really is a testament to the entire CPAP organization. Mona even went above & beyond helping me to call my benefits company together (because she knew I had some phone challenges due to a previous health condition.) I really appreciate her kindness & generosity. I know each & every time I need to go to this clinic, the whole time really is looking out for me & my future health improvements. I also have to add Anna, Mitze & Jo should be recognized as well because they are how a TEAM should be run (in my humble opinion.) Had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Mona Lo, who was courteous, professional and very knowledgable about all of the store's available products. She helpfully guided me through the ins and outs of my new ResMed 11 machine and made all the required processes quick and easy, including the application for government funding.
