The staff and clinician here are so friendly and helpful. Trying a CPAP machine could be stressful and intimidating, but Teagan has so much patience in addressing my questions and concerns, and so helpful with finding the right mask that fits me best. I am glad that my doctor referred me to this clinic.

Just wanted to comment on how great the service has been at the North Vancouver Clinical Sleep Solutions over the past few years. Steve and his gang have been most helpful in all my needs. I just picked up a Res Med Mini yesterday to use on vacations. I really appreciated all the time Steve and his staff took with me to set up the mini with all the same setting as my regular machine. The service was great, now I have to give the mini a try. I highly recommend N.S. Clinical Sleep Solutions.

As always, top notch service. We are always greeted with friendly faces, sincere interest and a team that genuinely cares about our health. They tirelessly work to make sure that you REMAIN comfortable with your CPAP machine and masks etc. Steve consistently has never been one to push for new items or gimmicks. His solutions are often simple and he isn't just in it for the sell. Having a qualified Respiratory Therapist conducting testing, reading and interpreting results, explaining those results to patients and then translating those results into workable treatment is why you may pay more than using an online- or flashy retail store. Sleep apnea should be treated by a professional ... which is what Clinical Sleep Solutions does. The support staff are friendly, very helpful, kind and so, so patient with patients!
