Excellent service, very friendly and professional. I loathed the idea of getting a cpap and they made the whole thing relatively painless. I always felt I could reach out any time, they found super simple solutions to things that seemed huge to me. They didn't try to oversell me on anything, transparent service all the way. I can't recommend them enough, genuinely impressed and actually looking forward to working with them for a long time to come.

The entire organization is friendly, organized and empathetic. I had my appt today to get my APAP machine and the instructions to use it were thorough and easy to remember. She took her time to answer all my questions and gave me time to write my notes. I felt very welcome and seen, and had a great conversation with the nurse there about my circumstances with mental health. They let me sign up for a payment plan in order to pay for any expenses that weren’t covered for my machine. My mask is pink and fits wonderfully! I’m very excited to see how my sleep improves. If you want to feel seen and recognized, and get thorough instructions on your APAP machine this is the place.
