I'm so grateful to have found this clinic. From the very first time I stepped into that place last year until today, the service has always been top notch. The staff is genuinely friendly and very caring. My clinician Din is a true gem. The way she cared for me when my diagnosis came was life saving. Din has such a cool and joyful personality. She helped me go through my diagnosis and therapy with ease, and was very helpful and accommodating when my insurance was giving me trouble. I wish I could add another star because she speaks French. That's definitely a big plus for me, because it's my first language. To be able to converse in the language I'm most comfortable made my whole experience even greater.

I had the pleasure of getting help from Kim from the beginning of my journey when first trying a CPAP. Kim has to genuinely be one of the most caring, helpful and considerate people I've had the pleasure of seeing. Clinical Sleep doesn't kid around at all, weekly calls, regular changes to the cpap machine and lots of care and consideration for my struggle with sleep. I never felt lost or confused. I recommend this place whole heartedly, it's obvious that the staff really care about helping you.

I’ve been having a great experience with Clinical Sleep. They assisted in getting the paperwork to my benefits provider for a pre-authorization and were very patient when it took longer than anticipated. Din has been fantastic through the process - checking in, answering question etc. Highly recommend if you are in need of a CPAP.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kim Tran at Clinical Sleep Solutions and had a genuinely positive experience. From the moment I walked into the session, she created a welcoming and comfortable environment, which immediately put me at ease despite my initial apprehension about going through with the treatment (I had previously tried it unsuccessfully.) Kim is a superb clinician who guided me through the process with care and patience. She listened attentively to my concerns and offered practical solutions tailored to my needs, such as the right mask, the machine settings, troubleshooting air pressure, humidity, and so on.
