I am surprised to read the negative reviews as my own experience has been uniformly excellent. The staff always confirm the appointments in advance and have always been punctual about the times. Their attention to detail on the machines and masks is superb. I've never been rushed. On one occasion they pointed out my machine qualified for a replacement. They called my insurance company from the store and verified my coverage details. Parking is free...I highly recommend this operation.

Have just been in to get my cpap machine checked and cleaned by Jane and she was very helpful and nice. Have also picked up some new supplies for the upcoming year. Jane has provided me with some very useful information about some new changes in regards to my current machine and look forward to seeing her again when the next time arises.
