I want to give a shout out to Zara who works in the Surrey office. I was having difficulty with my machine/mask and went to my normal office in Victoria for help. Unfortunately the technicians were unavailable so the secretary called out of office for advice. I talked to Zara on the phone and she gave me tips to try. I was leaving for Vancouver the next day so didn’t have time to see anybody else. I took my gear with me and Zara offered to come to my location on a Sunday to test my machine and mask. She also brought a new machine to swap out if necessary. We determined that it was a flap in my mask causing the abnormal airflow thus my situation was resolved quickly. Who does that in this day and age? Cansleep you have a keeper here with Zara. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Anybody who gets to see her for their sleep equipment and advice is very lucky.

Excellent customer service provided at this CanSleep location. The clinician, Zahraha, is so friendly and knowledgeable… I really appreciate how supportive and kind she is! The receptionist is lovely too… she helped to find out how much coverage I have with my extended health provider. I would definitely recommend CanSleep!

Just received my new sleep apnea machine from can sleep Guildford. My sleep clinician Zahra was fabulous she was thorough in showing me all of the features and equipment for my machine.
